General Information on School Programs

We will take students on a journey to explore our beautiful gardens.   Along with a detailed tour made age appropriate, we offer specialized educational programs such as flower dissection, epiphyte and mangrove exploration or one tailored to the particular needs and interests of the students.  The programs generally run from 10:00 to noon.  Choose from these exciting Preschool to High School programs:

1. Flower Dissection Lab:  Includes flower dissection and tour
2. Bromeliad Tank Inspection: Includes tour
3. Mangroves:  Includes tour
4. Detailed Garden Tour
5. By Design:  Programs tailored for particular needs or interests
6. Preschool:  Program choices:  Butterflies, Bugs or Flowers

• Price: $7.00 per student
• K – 12 programs approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours
• Preschool programs:45 – 60 minutes
• Lunches welcome! Bring a towel or blanket and have a picnic (Picnic tables not available)
• Teachers free. One free chaperone for every 10 students
• Weekday sessions begin at 10 am.
